Great place with fantastic food, beautiful decor and friendly staff. But it was the food that was amazing - super tasty and freshly prepared. I had sausage and mash which was so tasty but event the cabbage and samphire were a hit! I could have had a plate of just the cabbage it was so good. We are already planning our return visit.

I ordered the sunday roast with pork belly which was delicious. The potatoes were extremely rich in flavor, the carrots had the ideal texture and a smooth taste, the yorkshire pudding was crispy and delicious but of course the gravy stole the show.

The food at the supper club was excellent. In the 40 years of living in the area I don’t recall a better meal at a pub. The five course french menu put together by Cormack the managerand Reg, the Head Chef, was fabulous and paired with great wines for each course. Lovely atmosphere and all the staff were enthusiastic, friendly and attentive. I will definitely be a supper club regular!
